Boerewors

I am always being asked by my family overseas and my American friends here in South Africa what boerewors is, and do I have a Boerewors recipe ? Well now I can point them in the right direction!!! I came across this amazing site that is purely South African.......for all you expatriates, that really, really miss South African food , this site is for you. Some of the most mouth watering recipes I have ever tasted are here, several of which are tried and tested by me. I haven't tried to make my own Boerewors yet, but will soon, I'll let you know how it comes out when I do!!!!
